    The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moved to amend the bill on page four, section two, line twenty-four, following the word “Code” and the semicolon, by inserting the following:

    “Provided, however, That the provisions of section twenty-two-h of this article are not applicable to the amendments made to this subdivision during the two thousand eleven regular session”.
